The bag is in like new condition. I bought two and have only used this particular one once. It's a beautiful combination of colors, and holds so much. Love the versatility. NOTE: There is nothing wrong with the bag, everything works perfectly however it is missing the original pink key chain belonging to the pouch. (I see some on sale you can easily add!) Love this bag!
